At Zenfil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at support@zenfil.in to request a return. Include your order number and reason for return in your email. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your order. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 - 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Please note that the shipping costs for returning the item(s) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your exchange request and ship the new item(s) to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@zenfil.in within 7 days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item(s) and will either refund you or send you a replacement, at our discretion.


Return Shipping

To return your item(s), you should mail your package to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
