Order Processing

We strive to process orders within 7 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order ships.


Product Packing

We take careful measures to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition:

Individual Bubble Wrap: Each product is wrapped securely in bubble wrap for cushioned protection. Fragile Item Protection: Fragile items receive an extra layer of bubble wrap for added security. Cardboard Boxes: All products are then placed in sturdy cardboard boxes for maximum protection during transit. Risk of Loss/Damage

Zenfil is responsible for any damages or loss that occur to your order while it's in transit from our warehouse to your delivery address. Upon successful delivery and acceptance by you, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.


Shipping Locations

We deliver Zenfil products to almost all PIN codes throughout India. The list of serviceable PIN codes may change occasionally. You can easily check serviceability for your location on the product page or by entering your shipping details at checkout.


Delivery Timeframes

We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours and deliver them within 2-7 business days. While unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, we'll keep you informed. Please note that Zenfil is not liable for any delays caused by our logistic partner.


Delivery Information

Pre-Delivery Contact: Our logistic partner will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time before attempting delivery. Delivery Attempts: We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. However, after 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Rescheduling Delivery: If you miss a delivery attempt, you can contact our customer service team to reschedule the delivery date. Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges vary depending on the product you order, its packaging size, and other considerations. The total cost, including any applicable shipping charges, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Zenfil does not charge any additional shipping fees beyond the amount shown on your invoice.


Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, we can help as long as the order hasn't been dispatched yet. In this case, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address.
